Heart to Heart

Heart to Heart is a ministry based on Titus 2:3-5. Women are paired up - a more spiritually mature woman with a woman younger in the faith. They meet or contact each other weekly for fellowship. We meet monthly as a group. This provides a wonderful opportunity of not only having a close friend and prayer partner, but of knowing that you can be a specific blessing to someone else. 

Mother's Day Dinner

Our annual Mother's Day Dinner was a Hawaiian Luau! The dinner was catered by our own Karen Martin, The Gourmet Goddess, and was delicious! Lauren Rodriguez sang, and Laurie Ryan was the special speaker.

Ladies’ Summer Bible Study 

We are so pleased after much prayer to announce that we will be offering the Beth Moore study entitled "Believing God." This foundational study was offered by Beth as an on-line study in 2005 but is also available for a large group study.   

“Believing God” is, we believe, what we need as women for today. We will learn five important truths:

• God is Who He said He is
• God can do what He said He can do
• I am who God says I am
• I can do all things through Christ
• God’s Word is alive and active in me.

So mark your calendar! We hope that everyone can join us (as well as others…start inviting your friends) on Mondays this summer from June 8 through August 10.

Books will available in the church foyer each Sunday morning beginning Sunday, May 17. If you do not attend Christ Community, call the church office (879-2077) beginning Tuesday, May 19 to reserve your spot.
